You deserve a sniper rifle, right? That other guy keeps shooting you with one so you should get one aswell. Well the easiest way to get the sniper rifle on this map is to die... That may sound a little strange but i will explain it to you step by step.

Step 1: Try to make sure no one is around then jump through the pushing part that takes your weapons but as you jump through press a kill button binded to one of your keys (to bind a key go to console [the button to the left of 1 and underneath escape] and then type bind k "kill". Now k is your kill button). This will make you drop a backpack on the otherside of the invisible pushing field.

Notice: with the bind you can use any key, it does not have to be k!

Step 2: Go through the pushing field (you do not have to hold your mouse button or power up your beam) and then collect the backpack. You now have a backpack with 60 shells in it! Redo the steps as many times as you want.
